healthy fruit dessert that will not make you fat

Zero-cholesterol banana biscuits
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Ingredients:
3 a ripe bananas
2 cups of oatmeal

1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cook:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (175 ℃);
2. The banana mash them in a bowl, add the oats, red jujube, vegetable oil and vanilla mix the rest for 15 minutes;

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, surface pale brown to cookies.
